President & Principal Engineer
Kevin Betancourt brings nearly 15 years of extensive civil engineering and project management expertise to the South Florida development landscape. His career is anchored by a decade of project management experience at premier regional firms, providing him with deep mastery of the unique engineering and regulatory challenges found within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
As President of BEC, Kevin serves as a direct advocate for his clients, combining hands on technical design with executive level project oversight. From initial conceptual layout through final construction inspection, he maintains open, direct lines of communication to ensure projects remain compliant, efficient, and on schedule.
His project portfolio spans a diverse mix of multi family residential, commercial industrial, mixed use, and municipal developments. Kevin specializes in earthwork modeling, roadway alignments, site planning, utility infrastructure, stormwater management systems, and navigating complex regulatory approvals through local, state, and regional agencies.
